Kentucky

My advice to you.... if you ever go to a Kentucky horserace, dressing to the 12's is required (ladies, wear a hat!)

Keeneland

Second row

notice how tiny the jockeys are

Last years jockey HAHAHa (that's not very nice of me)

If you blink, you miss it! Very exhilarating!

I had to take a picture of this Bentley. The owner of this car hired a guard to watch his car. I would too knowing that this car costs more than most houses!

Beautiful horse stables and black fences everywhere

Below are photos of Shakervillage (a colonial village)

Yes,as to "last years" jockey-That would probably be me also,if the story is true I once heard a famous jockey relate. He told of taking a flight from one race to the next, and when the stewardess came by with the "airline peanuts" he forced himself to split one in half, and make it last to journeys end!
Upon retirement,he began to "eat like a horse!".
Great pictures, makes me want to take Kid out for a run.
