things I realize...

1. As I sit here, there are owls talking back and forth
2. I painted half of the bathroom purple
3 . I can still sell checking accounts with a bright red, plugged-up nose (and a voice that cracked on every other customer... Lovely)
4. I get to see my familia in less than a month
5. My brother will have a ring on his finger for the rest of his life
6. this morning I witnessed a pathetic driver hit a deer (the driver had PLENTY of time to brake.. trust me on that!)
7. Winter is almost here and I am quite excited about that because I get to pull out a different wardrobe
8. my grandma Julie celebrates another birthday this week
9. My Wells Fargo team and I made summit and have tickets to see Circus de Soleil Alegria downtown Boise
10. I might have a freezer full of elk meat in about a week- Oh mercy!!
11. it's time to throw the pumpkins away
12. there is a relative's birthday every single week this month
13. I cleaned the house top to bottom 2 days in a row just because
14. Forget what the derm says, I hate whiteness
15. We could have the workers over any day (for the 1st time since moving), and we don't have a guest bed yet! Yikes!
16. I am NYC bound come spring time to visit one of my besties
17. My best friend from high school and I come from a small town in WI and end up living in potato land with our hubbies
18. Can hardly wait for my birthday! It's one of the two best days in the year, and I don't care if I'm getting older
19. Don't EVER pet your dog when he is dreaming or in the middle of his REM cycle (might possibly get a scowl, growl, and SNAP!)
20. I sleep next to a Louisville Slugger, with or without Cody, so don't pull any pranks at this residence
21. I don't like chocolate chip cookies; I only pick out the chocolate chips. 6 yrs ago at convention, I ate across from a girl who left the chocolate chips on her tray and only ate the dough. We laughed and exchanged handfuls of chocolate chips and dough.
22. the mechanic put in an air filter for free today because I declined his sales pitch 3 different times in a matter of 10 minutes; lets just say he finally gave in :)

Whew... that felt good! I feel a bit more organized for some reason. Maybe tomorrow I'll finish up the purple bathroom, or make room in the freezer, or put the summer clothes in storage totes, or shop for the wedding.... These are the things that keep me up at night. When you feel like you have accomplished something in the day, you think of all the other things that STILL need to be done!
