Peaches 2011

A few Saturdays ago, Jill and I canned 2 big boxes of peaches. They turned out great! I think we both went home with 16 cans each. I'd say we're almost set for the winter months....... almost, as in..... I still have to do tomatoes. Messy, messy tomatoes. I used mine all from last year though. It was great for pastas and soups.
